PERSONAL STATEMENT KEES MULDER JUNE 20th 2019
As result of new insights related to critical business topics, I have decided to put my executive responsibilities as CEO of SpaceLife Origin voluntarily on hold.
I will maintain and protect all my applicable contractual, ownership and legal IP rights.
Resulting legal related actions are currently subject of investigation.
My personal reasons can be summarized as follows:
REASON 1 – NEW MEDICAL AND SAFETY INSIGHTS
Serious ethical, safety and medical concerns related to Missions Lotus & Cradle are preventing me personally any longer from accepting any associations with and responsibilities for those two specific Missions involving ‘embryos , pregnant women and baby’s in space’.
In short: “Better safe than sorry” so I need to distance myself from these missions.
REASON 2 – NEW BUSINESS INSIGHTS
The development and execution timeframe as well as a feasible business model for Missions Lotus & Cradle are – in my opinion - not realistic in the foreseeable future.
Adequate long term funding would be – again in my opinion - challenging to obtain given all these insights and moreover risky for investors due to the unproven and uncertain ROI plan/projections.
REASON 3 – TRUST IS THE CORE OF ANY VENTURE
Due to a serious and unrepairable breach of trust with Mr. Egbert Edelbroek,
I have ended the relationship with him.
MY PERSONAL FUTURE AHEAD
I will announce my new Space related plans and the new company structure in Q3-2019.
For more information and press updates on my plans I refer to my LinkedIn profile page.
