STATEMENT UPDATE SEPTEMBER 5TH 2019

All official operational activities of SpaceLife Origin are suspended until further notice.

Reasons as per personal statement of CEO & Founder Kees Mulder

REASON 1 – NEW MEDICAL AND SAFETY INSIGHTS

Serious ethical, safety and medical concerns related to the specific Missions Lotus & Cradle are preventing me any longer from accepting any associations with and responsibilities for those two specific Missions involving ‘embryos , pregnant women and baby’s in space’.
In short:  “Better safe than sorry” so I need to distance myself from these missions.

REASON 2 – NEW BUSINESS INSIGHTS

The development and execution timeframe as well as a feasible business model for the specific Missions Lotus & Cradle are – in my opinion – not realistic in the foreseeable future.
Adequate long term funding would be – again in my opinion – challenging to obtain given all these insights and moreover risky for investors due to the unproven and uncertain ROI plan/projections of specific the Missions Lotus and Cradle.

REASON 3 – TRUST IS THE CORE OF ANY VENTURE

Due to a serious and unrepairable breach of trust with Mr. Egbert Edelbroek,
I have ended the relationship with him.
The first step in a series of legal proceedings towards Mr. Edelbroek
has been initiated by Kees Mulder on July 23rd 2019.

LEGAL NOTICE & WARNING

No investor & business discussions and/or meetings related to SpaceLife Origin IP topics and/or developments are valid/legal unless approved by the CEO & Founder Kees Mulder.
